Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that social media is everywhere. People of all ages are using it.

There is no one answer. Every client is different, but we have some basic guidelines to help get you started.

Know Your Audience:

If you are a B2B company, you can benefit by concentrating your efforts in different media than a consumer driven business.

If your customers are mostly teens or young adults, they are spending time on different sites than their parents.
